What is included in a general clean?
All of our basic cleans include sweeping, vacuuming, sanitized mopping, dusting, interior window cleaning, bathroom disinfection and garbage removal
Does The SC- Pro Group offer customized cleaning packages?
Yes. We know your office is unique, that is why we offer flexibility when designing your cleaning plan. We would be happy to customize a cleaning package that best suits your needs and budget. Contact us to discuss your options.
How much does cleaning cost?
There are many factors involved when calculating the cost of cleaning. The SC-Pro Group prides itself on having competitive rates. Prior to quoting a price we always visit the location to determine the building’s layout, size of the business, frequency of visits and your individual needs
Does The SC-Pro Group offer environmentally friendly cleaning solutions?
Absolutely. We are committed to providing our clients with a safe and healthy way of cleaning their establishments. At The SC-Pro Group we are proud to offer a wide range of cleaning products that are environmentally friendly. When asking for a quote, please indicate that you would like the environmentally friendly package.
Does The SC-Pro Group offer Exterior Property Maintenance?
Yes. We perform exterior property cleans for small and large properties. Our goal at The SC-Pro Group is to provide our clients with full service property cleans. We offer a wide variety of services for our commercial clients such as parking lot cleans and window washing just to name a few. Consult our knowledgeable team for your specific needs. Is The SC-Pro Group insured?
Yes. The SC-Pro Group is insured.
Does The SC-Pro Group provide written estimates?
Yes. The SC-Pro Group will always provide each client with a detailed written estimate that will include among other things; areas to be cleaned, equipment and supplies, frequency of visits and cost.
What other services does The SC-Pro Group offer?
Yes. Besides being a full service Commercial Cleaning company, we also offer Commercial/Residential Painting and Handyman Services.
How much does the handyman service cost?
The cost of hiring a handyman depends on the size of the project. Contact our office to set up a no obligation quote.
What type of payment options do you offer?
For your convenience, payments can be made through:
- Etransfer
- Cheque
- Cash
How much does it cost to paint a house?
The cost of painting depends on many factors. The quality of paint a client prefers to use, the size of a house or building, the amount of supplies needed are just some factors involved in determining the price of each job.
Does The SC-Pro Group move furniture?
Due to the health and safety of our team, we do not move furniture. However, if there are smaller objects that need to be moved, we would be happy to assist.
Is prepping the area to be painted included in the price?
Yes. Any mudding, taping, sanding and covering are included in the price.
Does The SC-Pro Group provide the paint and supplies?
Yes. The SC-Pro Group can either supply the paint or the client can provide the paint. The SC-Pro Group always uses top quality paint to ensure the job is done right. If a client chooses to provide their own paint, The SC-Pro Group cannot guarantee the outcome of the job. This will be discussed during the estimate phase.
Is there an additional fee for emergency calls?
Yes. Please contact our office to discuss rates.
